Shaun White is an American professional snowboarder, skateboarder, and musician. He is a five-time Olympian and a three-time Olympic gold medalist in half-pipe snowboarding, holding the record for the most Olympic gold medals by a snowboarder. White has also dominated the X Games, accumulating the most gold medals in the history of the event. After a celebrated career that brought mainstream attention to extreme sports, he officially retired following the 2022 Winter Olympics.
