Jerry F. Costello is an American politician who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from 1988 to 2013. Representing Illinois's 12th and 21st congressional districts, he was a member of the Democratic Party. Throughout his career, he focused on issues such as transportation, infrastructure, and economic development for his district. Before his time in Congress, Costello served as the chairman of the St. Clair County Board.
