Francis Parker Yockey was an American attorney, political philosopher, and author known for his post-World War II neo-fascist writings. His most influential work, Imperium: The Philosophy of History and Politics, was written under the pseudonym Ulick Varange and published in 1948. The book argues for a pan-European, authoritarian empire to preserve what he saw as the purity of Western culture. His life ended in 1960 when he committed suicide in a San Francisco jail cell while facing federal charges.
