Daniel Constantine Marino Jr. is a retired American football quarterback who played for the Miami Dolphins in the National Football League for 17 seasons. Widely regarded as one of the greatest quarterbacks in league history, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2005. Marino held or currently holds dozens of NFL records and led the Dolphins to the playoffs ten times in his seventeen-season career. Despite his numerous accolades and statistical achievements, he never won a Super Bowl, making him one of the most accomplished players not to win a championship.
