Carson Daly is a prominent American television host, radio personality, and producer who first gained fame in the late 1990s. He became a household name as the host of MTV's popular music video countdown show, Total Request Live (TRL), from 1998 to 2003. Following his tenure at MTV, he hosted the NBC late-night talk show, Last Call with Carson Daly, for 17 years. Since 2011, he has served as the host of the highly successful reality singing competition The Voice, and he is also a co-host on NBC's morning program, Today.
